About Us

EZELAUNCH is a Company with the goal of aiding medical practices / facilities achieve their training goals by offering computer based training modules for your employee base and supplemental staff. Using your Electronic Medical/Health Record (EHR) as a guide, our staff will analyze your workflow, identify areas for improvement and create the computerized training modules based on the optimized workflow. Whether your clinic has a preexisting EMR/EHR or it’s a new implementation, we can customize a solution for your training needs.

Our Staff

EZELAUNCH is composed of individuals with diverse backgrounds all rooted in the healthcare industry. We have nursing and IT healthcare professionals with over 25 years of experience with with a wide variety of EMR/EHR platforms. As part of several EMR/EHR design, development and implementation teams, we bring a unique blend of knowledge and skills to assist you in achieving a successful training strategy.

Elaina Rankin

Elaina Rankin CEO is a registered nurse with over 20 years experience in the medical field. She started in the field as a Oncology/Hospice nurse and gained a wealth of knowledge as a traveling nurse for 16 plus years.

Ms. Rankin has shared her skills in Honduras as a member of several medical missionary teams. Over the past several years, she has transitioned her role to EMR/EHR design, development, training and implementation teams for several large medical facilities. Her vast experiences in the role of trainer, brings a unique set of skills and perspective sure to enhance or revamp any training strategy.

Toby Lomax

Toby Lomax graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. Mr. Lomax was Project Manager for the implementation of the EMR/EHR using GE Centricity for the Harris County Sheriff's Office.

Further, Mr. Lomax has worked a Clinical Systems Analyst for Memorial Hermann Hospital Systems.

Luis Hernandez

Luis Hernandez has 10 years background in Toxicology and Pharmacology having worked for Shell Oil and ENSR Consulting and Engineering. Mr. Hernandez is fully bi-lingual in Spanish and can customize a training program in English and Spanish.
